Would you like to develop students’ thinking skills in the science classroom?
The University of Bristol with support from the STEM Ambassador Hub West England are offering free CPD for teachers exploring how to incorporate thinking and discussion into science lessons and consolidate curriculum knowledge using the Think Science Resources developed by the University of Bristol.
The Thinking Science resources feature philosophical questions based on science topics and accompanying facilitation techniques to easily include them in lessons. They were created by local teachers and academics at the University of Bristol. The resources were designed to accompany KS3 science but have been regularly adapted and used by primary teachers and those teaching KS4/5. This session is open to any science or primary teacher, and is completely free to attend.
