The Bristol Neuroscience Festival Brain Art Competition is Back
Get your pupils to do some brain-related art – enter the competition – win prizes!
This could include structural representation of the brain or its component parts, through to portrayals of the behavioural aspects of brain function and dysfunction (from the senses to dementia or stroke, or mental health issues for example).
Entries will be judged on originality and creativity, with first and runner-up prizes awarded in each category: Primary School; Secondary School and Community Group.
First Prize winners in each category will receive £100 in Amazon vouchers and the runners-up will receive a prize of £50 in Amazon vouchers.
Prize winners or their schools will be invited to a prize-giving ceremony at the Royal West of England Academy (RWA) gallery some time in March 2020, and all prize winning or highly commended entries will be displayed by the RWA Gallery from 11th March to 12th April, (including during the Bristol Neuroscience Festival (sign up here)), where members of the public will be able to view the work for free.
