Do you want a plan to change your school’s outdoor space?

Or maybe you need ideas how to improve accessibility into the buildings?

Students doing an Engineering Postgraudate Diploma at UWE Bristol, will be undertaking community projects in February to August 2020.

And it’s free!

So have a think, is there any way your school could benefit from engineering-related help?

Previous Engineering in the Community projects have include:

  • building a ramp for a cafe in Bedminster
  • designing and creating an insulated compost bin for Speedwell Allotment
  • researching and proposing cleaner heating solutions for vans and car workshops
  • redevelopment of a community centre’s outdoor space
