Get your Pupils Leading their own Investigations

The Great Science Share is fast approaching and teachers’ shouldn’t miss out on the opportunity to get their pupils’ investigating!

Pupils from across the region are already starting to investigate questions such as:

  • why is there a problem with plastic killing marine life? Why can’t it be burnt or alternatives used?

And one class is finding out how they could gently land on the moon. To investigate they are securing eggs on a moonlander and then dropping it from the ceiling….things could get messy!

But there’s still plenty of time to get involved!

Simply encourage your children to come up with a question they want answering, and then let the investigations begin.

And don’t forget to sign your pupils up to attend the regional Bristol and Bath event on Tuesday 18th June 10 – 2pm at UWE Bristol (Frenchay Campus, BS34 8QZ), so your students can share their ideas with others.
