The Leaders Award have challenged thousands of school pupils across the country with the question: “If you were an engineer, what would you do?”
From astronauts to robotics engineers, a number of online interviews were hosted over the past 6 months – to inspire school students in finding solutions to everyday problems.
The entries are all in now and being judged by engineers across the nation throughout May – you can find out more about the Bristol grading days here.
And UWE Bristol are hosting two days in June to celebrate all the marvellous designs.
The Awards Day is on Friday 14th June, where the regional winners will display their designs – if you’re an engineer from local industry or academia, please register here.
Then on Saturday 15th June the doors will be flung wide-open for shortlisted participants (as well as the winners) to exhibit their ideas to the public.
